From Blackberry to one blueberry

Well things are not looing very good for Blackberry. Their rejected appeal makes a settlement a necessity to stay in business. With an estimated market share of 50% what is their problem? Pay it and move on. Blackberry is making a considerable anount of cash so they should simply settle. It is clear now that they jumped the gun instead of doing real research in the begining. So they may have to give up some stock, pay a lump sum and give a percentage of profits. There is always the Palm Treo to turn to which in my personal opinion is a better overall device anyway. I think that the Blackberry is a highly overrated product that has become more of a status symbol than an actaul help to executives. Sorry when I'm in the bathroom I don't really care if I have email or not. A lesson to be learned from this is to research your product before going to market.
